5 fino or verna lemons
¾ cup milk
¾ cup evaporated milk
¾ cup condensed milk
4 cookies (Marie biscuits or similar)
2 ¾ cups vanilla ice cream (about one pint)
One can whipped cream
Preparation
Juice 4 lemons.
In a blender, add the lemon juice, milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cookies and ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Pour the lemon pie milkshake into glasses. Top with lots of whipped cream.
Serve with a straw, half a slice of lemon and grate lemon zest on top of the whipped cream.
