Ingredients
3 fino or verna lemons
100g sugar
2 bananas
80 g oats
300 ml of water
500 ml coconut milk
6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
Peel and chop the lemons, removing most of the white part of them.
In a small pot, put the lemons with the sugar, over medium heat for 30 minutes until they are very soft.
In a blender add the lemon jam from the previous step, the chopped banana, oats and water. Blend until obtaining a smooth puree.
Add the coconut milk and ice, beat until well integrated.
Serve the smoothie in tall glasses and decorate with grated coconut on the rim of the glass, a lemon wedge and a straw.
