Roasted lemon, pear, basil and yellow tea mocktail

4 fino or verna lemons
2 tea bags of yellow tea
600 ml of water
1 ice tray
3 tbsp sugar
800 ml pear juice
4 cinnamon sticks


Boil water and add the tea. Let it cool down and put the infusion in ice tray for about 5 hours until you get ice tea.

Cut the lemons into slices and coat them in sugar. In a pan, brown them on all sides. Set aside.

In glasses add two or three ice cubes, the roasted lemons and complete with the pear juice. Stir with a spoon to mix the flavors and serve with a cinnamon stick.
